Moseley's services center around two phases: preconstruction and construction. As a rule, it is in the best interest of the owner to contract with Moseley early in the preconstruction process in order to take advantage of our full range of preconstruction services.

Throughout the duration of the project, Moseley maintains open communication with all the members of the design/construction team. This communication takes several forms:

Monthly Progress Reporting
Moseley project managers prepare monthly reports describing progress and outlining key factors relative to cost and schedule. Contents vary according to the delivery method, but generally include:

Network Capabilities
Moseley maintains a computer link between our company office and our field personnel via 1.5 mb/sec redundant (dual) internet connections and Citrix servers.
Our internal network capabilities include email, accounting systems, document tracking, project scheduling, plotter services, internet access, and both the Open Office and the Microsoft Office Suite. These technologies can be used to communicate efficiently and effectively with the project team. Our in-house capabilities are extensive, with experience in Windows and Linux servers, 802.11 wireless systems, internet telephony, routers, and the most popular software.

At Moseley we maintain control of our own servers, redundant routers and web sites to provide reliability that is not subject to any single provider failure. Our mail server is hosted by an external hosted site with a 99.9% on-time record.

Real Time Progress Reporting
In conjunction with the Moseley web site, Moseley can establish a system of digital camera locations to provide real time site photographs on a regularly scheduled basis at the request of the owner. Moseley has had tremendous success using digital cameras and the Internet system to solve problems in the field. Actual situation photographs are produced by the site team and made available to the other team professionals to quickly find solutions and virtually eliminate delays in the field.
